BOB ROACH - Auctioneer & Realtor

At a young age, Bob Roach had a strong interest in buying, collecting, and reselling. Bob has bought and sold several homes and always bought and sold items through local auctions. This piqued his interest in the auction profession to start his own company, with his experience of real estate, and antiques, and collectibles. In 1999, he received his Ohio auctioneer license and in 2000, received his Ohio real estate license. He is also a licensed auctioneer and realtor in Indiana.

Bob has been on both sides of the auction and real estate transaction. This has given him the opportunity to understand buyer’s and seller’s needs. He approaches each and every appointment with the same enthusiasm and understanding of the buyer’s and seller’s needs.

Bob’s goal has been and always will be to treat his clients or customers or friends like he wants to be treated and to offer professional service with reasonable fees. Bob has worked with some of the most respected hall of farmers in the profession.

Walnut Harvest Auctions, LLC

Bob and Anna Marie were married in 2007, shortly after Anna Marie received her real estate license and joined him in business. They formed Walnut Harvest Auctions LLC, named after their walnut trees on their family mini-farm. They also joined the team of Chad Hagins Inc, LLC in 2016 to better serve their clients / customers’ needs. Chad is a licensed appraiser, broker and auctioneer.

Bob and Anna Marie offer the best of both marketing and selling worlds. They offer real estate by the auction method of selling and buying and real estate offered by the traditional listing method. Auctioning real estate has become a big part of their business, along with their personal property auctions.

The crew that works the auctions has a wide variety of experience and product knowledge combined with dependable service. This gives our sellers the opportunity to experience the “Auction Advantage” of Walnut Harvest Auctions LLC when selling their items.

Bob and Anna Marie reside in Preble County on a small farm that they enjoy sharing with their horses, chickens, and most of their entire Australian shepherd, “Robbie Roscoe Roach.”
